For certain events, 10,000 Trees will use shuttle buses to transport volunteers between the Event Parking Lot and the Planting Site about 10 minutes away.

• Time commitment is approximately seven (7) hours.

• 10,000 Trees volunteer Transportation Services Manager will provide any needed support, guidance, and resources​ 

• Responsibilities include:

  • being at the the Parking Lot at 7:30 a.m.

  • warmly greeting volunteers and coordinating them into groups that will fit safely and comfortably into the buses

  • making sure everyone boards the buses safely (especially those carrying shovels) and efficiently and that bus departures are not delayed
